The Playroom is a weekly house music mixshow hosted by BASEKIT and Jungle George, broadcasting from Los Angeles. Each episode features an hour of seamless mixing across the spectrum of house — from tech and bass-driven grooves to Nu Disco, Tribal, and Latin house. It’s all about the house music: no gimmicks, no filler, just pure rhythm and carefully curated selections.

BASEKIT – is the creator of The Playroom. Known for deep, story-driven sets, he curates the sound of the show with an ear rooted in underground tradition and forward-looking energy.
Jungle George – A fixture of LA’s club scene, Jungle George cut his teeth at the legendary DMC record store on Melrose Blvd, went on to win the Powertool Radio Show Champion title, and has held down dance floors at Florentine Gardens and venues across the city. His decades of experience bring depth and history to The Playroom.
Together, BASEKIT and Jungle George deliver a weekly session that reflects the past, present, and future of house culture — keeping the energy alive for dancers and listeners worldwide.
