We’re proud to hit episode 50 of the DTLA Radio Friends & Family Guest Mix Series, and for this milestone we welcome Pietro Cau on guest mix duties.

Cologne-based DJ and producer Pietro Cau, with Italian roots, has carved out a strong presence in the electronic music scene through his signature groovy Tech House sound. From Solar Elektro Sound to Cologne’s iconic afterhour Morgenandacht, as well as Oh Baby Anna in Düsseldorf and Club 102 in Neuss, he consistently delivers high-energy sets built to move dance floors.

2024 marked a major step forward, with international appearances across Ibiza, Greece, and Austria’s Rave on Snow festival—further cementing his growing influence in Europe’s underground circuit.

Beyond the decks, Pietro is the founder of Beat Circus Records, established in Cologne in 2019. Through the label, he releases his own music while also providing a platform for emerging artists. His mission is simple: to move people through music, both physically and emotionally.

With a distinct groove, relentless drive, and more releases and shows on the horizon, Pietro Cau continues to build momentum—this is only the beginning.
