We are excited to have Sagethacat on the guest mix duties for episode 39 of DTLA Radio Friends & Family.

Mike (AKA Sagethacat) discovered dance music during the early EDM boom. His experience with house music on a large system at a European festival cemented his love for the genre. In 2013, he took up DJing and actively participated in his local scene. He has performed on stages such as Badlands Music Festival and Chasing Summer. Sage has shared the stage with notable artists like Eli Brown, Roger Sanchez, Defunk, and Wax Motif.

His background in hip-hop and rock has influenced his style, while his decade-long passion for dance music has given him a profound understanding of the groove. His rolling bassline funk fueled beats have caught the attention of label heads and dancers alike with appearances on Sheppard Records, Sollors System, House Of Hustle, UFORecordz and Late Night Munchies.
